April 25, 2018 marked the 73rd anniversary of Italy's liberation from fascism. The EVMO News headquarters (for the time being) are located in Italy; as such, on this day, EVMO News set out to record Italy's artistic expressions of freedom.
The capital city of Umbria - Perugia - is located at the heart of the Italian peninsula, and on April 25, 2018 it celebrated its historical day with an art festival 'en plein air'.
Artists in the neighborhood brought their canvases to the streets and painted under a pleasant sun.
