Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you cancel your booking less than 24 hrs before a booking, you will be charged a last minute cancelation fee of 50 EUR. You are also responsible for showing up. If you do not show up, you are NOT eligible for a refund for your paid calls. Penalty for not showing up to your paid calls will result in you paying the booking even with a no-show. In the case of free discovery calls, no-shows are equally penalised with a penalty fee of 50 EUR. You are allowed to rechedule only within a 3 day window. We expect you to do your part and show up.
