This shoe model is hand made on spot upon order. Shoes may arrive to destination with a light "ink smell". We consider this normal since we are using both ethically sourced paints as well as a business model that allows us to waste less. We do not refund due to smell complaints. DO NOT  wash in machine, no electric nor dry clean washing.

DO NOT use water.

DO NOT use soap. 

DO use only: delicate creamy moiturizer or creamy facial detergent ONLY on gummy areas of the shoe. Cream moisturizer is preferable, no smell, no chemical ingredients. Rub cream on gummy areas with napkin until dirt comes off of deignated areas.

*Replace strings as necessary if they get dirty or worn out.
